SeaMount Properties was founded in 2004 by a group of local investors and experienced property managers to purchase, rehab, operate and manage residential real estate in and around the OSU campus area.

Our goal is to help provide students and others in the local community a rewarding living experience through hands-on management, excellent tenant relations, a quality apartment at a fair price, and a quick response to any maintenance issues.

SeaMount’s property manager, Mike Groeniger , has over 10 years property management experience and nearly 5 years of managing rental property in the OSU campus area.  He has a broad depth of experience in the areas of:
